Membership Information

Becoming a Florida Council for Affordable & Rural Housing (FLCARH) member provides an opportunity to gain access to information, education, services, and industry leaders that promote the continuing success of every sector of the affordable multifamily housing arena. Membership typically consists of owners, developers, managers, lenders, syndicators, accountants, architects, attorneys, and vendors to the industry who unite to continue the advancement and success of the affordable housing industry as a whole.

Annual Dues:

National CARH Dues: $800
FLCARH Dues: $100

Annual Property Fees for USDA-RD Properties
Managed by FLCARH Members are as follows:

1-24 Units: $75 per property
25-59 Units: $100 per property
50+ Units: $125 per property
